If the developer wants some sort of fetish or other thing, they would be announced at some point in time or on a thread for the future plans for the game! Depends, there could be optional scenes that you missed but still can unlock, but some of them branch off a few choices you've made. In other words, you may have to start a new game

After the last mission I don't find anything new anymore. I remember Saladdin said he has more than 1000 HP, if I reach it can there be new missions?
